Subsidy Terms and Conditions

1. Green Space UK are currently offering substantial subsidies for suitable properties in selected areas, to help in the promotion of our insulated conservatory roofing system.
2. Subsidies are not available to every property in every area.
3. The Consultant will assess the viability of an installation upon their visit to quote you for new conservatory roofing panels.
4. We only look to subsidise a maximum of 3 homes, in a quarter, in each postcode sector. Please see the below list of postcodes and availability (As of 11th September):

Subsidies are dependent on availability and how you can help us in our marketing and promotion efforts in your local area. Subsidies are calculated by the consultant during the site visit and are determined by the extent that you are able to help - calculating the final price based on the options featured below.

              4 - Video Installation (Greenspace discretion)

              5 - Prominent Site Board (Agreed to timescale)

              6 - Video Testimonial

              7 - Testimonial Letter

Each of the above are entirely optional, however subsidies are not guaranteed and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. If you are offered a subsidy, but choose not to take advantage of a subsidised offer, you will also be left with a quote which is valid for 3 months (We are unable to offer a longer timeframe due to the constant volatility of supplier pricing).
