Once you have filled out our contact form, one of our friendly team will be in contact. This is the perfect chance to ask any initial questions you may have about our conservatory roofing. Our team will be able to help you to arrange a free quotation.

For your quotation, one of our friendly team will travel to you to allow you to see our conservatory roof insulation panels. This is the perfect chance to see a sample of our solid conservatory roof panels. They will measure your existing panels one-by-one, assess your framework and work out the exact costings before leaving you with a free, written quote. They will also inform you of any finance options available if relevant.

When you get your quotation, you can then make a decision as to whether the project fits into your budget. If you decide you’d like to replace your conservatory roof, there are a number of ways you can order.

• You can place an order on the day with the person that comes to give you your quote
• You can phone in at a later date

We do require a deposit to be placed to start an order, with the remaining balance paid either at key points throughout the project, or through one of our finance partners.

Once you have placed your order, our installations team will then contact you to arrange the date for your technical survey date. Here our experienced surveyors will do a more in-depth measurement of each panel (to the exact millimetre!) – taking rafter measurements and assessing the framework. This survey can take place CONTACT-FREE to adhere to social distancing. Once this is complete, we can then start production of your bespoke insulated panels.

The panels are all manufactured across approximately a 4-6 week period. We take the exact measurements taken from the technical surveyor and create your bespoke panels, mostly by hand! You can see the manufacturing process here. 

Once the panels are manufactured and all of the relevant components of your order (guttering, top caps etc) are at our distribution centre, they are all unpacked and quality checked by our warehouse team. Once we have confirmed all parts have arrived and have passed quality checks, one of our friendly customer service team members will be in contact with you to arrange an installation date.

Our installation team will arrive to install your panels on the arranged date. They will remove your existing panels before carefully fitting your new insulated replacement panels like-for-like. They’ll complete the job in less than a day and leave your conservatory as clean (if not cleaner!) as it was before they arrived! All of this can be carried out CONTACT-FREE to adhere to social distancing.

Our customer service team will be in touch after your installation to ensure that you are completely happy with your transformed conservatory. They will explain our referral scheme in more detail (this will give you chance to earn money back!) 

The final step is up to you! Buy some new furniture? Rearrange the room? Move the TV out there? Your new insulated roofing panels will have transformed your conservatory into a beautiful living space that you will be able to spend time in every day, no matter the weather.
