We understand that circumstances can change, and you may decide not to go ahead with your Greenspace order. This page explains how to cancel your order and what to expect once we’ve received your request. Our goal is to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.
Step 1. Submit Your Request
Call 01202 355780 to speak to our customer care team, email info@gogreenspace.co.uk or write to us at Green Space (UK) Ltd, Unit 8 Crow Arch Lane Industrial Estate, Ringwood, BH24 1PD, to let us know you wish to cancel your order.
Step 2. Confirmation of Receipt
A member of our team will get in touch as soon as possible confirming receipt of your cancellation request and will begin the process of pending the cancellation on your order. They will cancel any upcoming surveys or bookings and then pass it to the cancellations team for the next step.
Step 3. Finalisation of Cancellation
Our cancellation team will contact you via phone following the receipt of your cancellation request and will finalise the cancellation and organise your refund payment method and detail the process with you.
Step 4. Refund Returned
Once the cancellation is complete, we will begin to process your refund minus any fees as outlined in the table below and on your contract. We aim to process refunds in 5-10 working days and refund you to the exisiting payment method on your account or method specified otherwise. The payment will be made to you as soon as possible and can take a few days to process before showing up in your statement.

Our cancellation policy outlines the notice periods and any applicable terms relating to your order and can be referred to in the physical copy of your order form and contract. For relevant clause information, please refer to your contract on the reverse of your order form.
Clause 18 - Whilst for some goods and services bought online, by mail order, over the telephone or on your doorstep, you have a legal right to change your mind about your purchase and receive a refund of what you have paid for it, this does not apply to this contract as we provide goods that have been made to your specifications and therefore falls outside of the scope of the cooling off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/3134, hence there is no cancellation period.
Clause 19. If you wish to cancel your order in accordance with Clause 8, or if we decide to cancel your order as a result of Clause 8, we shall refund any monies that you have paid us for the order promptly after cancellation.
Clause 20. If we allow you to cancel your order other than in accordance with Clause 19 then we shall refund any monies that you have paid to us for the order, less the costs we have incurred, promptly after cancellation. If our costs are greater than the fees you have paid us then we shall invoice you for any shortfall, such as invoice to be paid within 7 days. As a guidance, we typically incur the following costs at each stage, but we will let you know the value of the costs we have incurred.
