Subsidy Terms and Conditions

Please see below for terms and conditions of the range of subsidies that we currently have on offer.

1. Green Space UK are currently offering a range of subsidies for suitable properties in selected areas, to help in the promotion of our insulated conservatory roofing system.
2. Subsidies are not available to every property that we go to quote – we work out eligibility according to a range of variables.
3. Some properties will be eligible for a higher subsidy than others, depending on a range of variables.
4. The Quotation Surveyor will assess the eligibility of your property upon their visit to quote you for new conservatory roofing panels.

Subsidised prices are offered on a tier basis, dependent on the extent to which the customer wishes to help us in our marketing and promotion efforts in their local area. The final figure is calculated during the quotation visit and at the discretion of the individual performing the quotation, who will work out subsidies dependent on the extent that the customer is able to help – calculating a final price using the eligibility criteria.

Subsidies are not guaranteed and if a customer chooses not to take advantage of the subsidy offered to them, their quote will revert to list price which is valid for 12 months (to allow for variances in cost of sale). This 12 month quotation will then have any available subsidies applied to it (if available) at the time the order is eventually placed.

Subsidies cannot be used alongside any other marketing discount.
