2,700+ Five Star Reviews. Here’s Why That Matters.
Choosing a company to work on your conservatory at home is a big decision. When it comes to replacing your conservatory roof, you want reassurance that the product performs, the installation is professional and the company will still be there long after the job is complete.
That is why we are proud to celebrate reaching over 2,700 verified reviews on Trustpilot, with an overall rating of 4.6 which is Excellent in Trustpilot terms.
But this is not just a number to us. It represents thousands of real homeowners who trusted us with their conservatories and felt confident enough to share their experience publicly.
A Reputation Built on Results
It is easy for any company to say they deliver quality. It is much harder to maintain consistent five-star feedback across thousands of installations.
With over 15,000 conservatory roof replacements completed nationwide, our review profile reflects years of experience, trained installation teams and systems designed to deliver reliable results.
Homeowners regularly mention:
- Noticeably warmer rooms in winter
- Cooler, more comfortable spaces in summer
- Reduced rain noise
- Professional, tidy fitting teams
- Clear communication throughout the process
Consistency across that many reviews is not coincidence. It is the result of doing things properly.
Why Independent Reviews Matter
Reviews hosted only on a company website tell part of the story. Independent platforms provide transparency and accountability.
Every review on Trustpilot is visible publicly. Customers share their honest feedback, and we stand behind it.
That level of openness matters when you are making an investment in your home.
Experience You Can See
Over 15,000 installations means we have worked with every conservatory style imaginable. Victorian, Edwardian, lean to, bespoke designs and large open plan spaces.
It also means we understand:
- Structural considerations
- Thermal performance requirements
- Survey accuracy
- Installation best practice
- Aftercare and support
Scale brings experience. Experience brings confidence.
More Than Just a Product
A conservatory roof replacement is not just about insulation or materials. It is about transforming a space that may currently be unused into a room you enjoy every day.
Many of our customers tell us their conservatory becomes:
- A family dining space
- A playroom
- A home office
- A quiet reading room
- An extension of their kitchen
That transformation is what our reviews reflect.
Trust Is Earned
Over 2,700 verified reviews do not happen overnight. They are built project by project, home by home and customer by customer.
We are proud to be recognised as the UK’s market leader in conservatory roof replacements, but we are even prouder that thousands of homeowners have taken the time to recommend us.
Because when real customers speak, it says far more than we ever could.
