Embracing Spring with Compassion: Green Space UK Supports Mind UK
As the warmth of spring envelops us and our thoughts turn to upcoming Easter festivities, Green Space UK extends an invitation that embodies the spirit of renewal and compassion with a charity raffle to raise money for our dedicated charity of the month - Mind UK!
Supporting Mental Health Awareness
Mind UK is a national charity with a 75-year history of providing mental health support and education across the UK, with over 100 local Mind services.
They educate, challenge mental health stigma, inequality, and support recovery through empowering individuals to seek help from a professional for their mental health.
Their range of support services includes active monitoring, counselling, mentoring, and mental health advice and support for everyone across the UK.
Green Space UK's Raffle Fundraiser for Mind UK
Mind UK is a charity close to our hearts here at Green Space UK.
We are committed to supporting Mind's mission of raising awareness and providing vital support for mental health across the UK and demonstrate our commitment to mental health by supporting our teams and offer as much assistance and advice to our staff as possible as a company.
We are excited to support Mind this month and champion their work in promoting mental health awareness and support.
Making a Meaningful Difference
On Thursday the 28th, our staff held a raffle to raise money to support Mind UK. Prizes for the raffle included 18 Easter eggs, a bottle of wine, and an Amazon gift card worth £20!
Across the company many people bought raffle tickets for a chance to win a prize.
In total, our team raised £105!
And as a bonus, Green Space UK has matched the donation, totalling £210 to be donated to Mind UK!
We want to thank our entire team for making this possible and to have a great Easter break!
