February is known as the month of love - with people all over the world celebrating and showing their loved ones how they feel with gifts, chocolates and flowers. But we believe the 'month of love' should be more than just gift giving with partners.
Whilst supporting Dorset Mind as our Charity of the Month through January, we've also learnt about the importance of self-care and self love; this could be something as simple as taking ten minutes out of our days to have a bit of quiet time, read a book, write a diary or just have a cup of tea and rest. But we also know that it's important to love and care for your home and your environment, as this can also affect your mental health. The conservatory can be a beautiful place for rest and relaxation; a place to connect with nature whilst also enjoying the comfort of the home, offering a space that can benefit your mental health.
That's why this February we're advocating that this Month of Love, homeowners show a little love to their conservatories!
